A Master Craftsman building your entire carriage door from scratch with raw materials without any pre-made parts, pieces, or “slabs”. They purchase a cheap, interior rated, ”slab” or premade “blank or flush” (usually particle board with a very thin veneer applied) door then apply cedar or other substandard wood to create a door. These doors are ONLY rated for INTERNAL USAGE, your door will fail from the inside out.
